Serving youth in St. Louis for nearly 30 years

Growing American Youth

Growing American Youth brings gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth 21 and under in St. Louis and the surrounding areas together. We offer a place for youth to meet friends and to give and receive support in a safe environment. Celebrating over 25 years of service to youth!

Growing American Youth meets every Thursday night from 8-9:30 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 600 N. Euclid in the Central West End. (view map)

2008 Pridefest: Visibility, Support

Two hundred youth marched with Growing American Youth in the 2008 Pridefest Parade. Our efforts have grown over the years resulting in our best year yet. Clouds over head could not hinder our rainbow shirts and spirited energies. We walked for ourselves and for youth who are not able to march with us at this time. Special thanks to Coffee Cartel for their support this year.

2008 Out in the City Prom: Amazing night!

Over 200 lgbtq youth and their friends danced the night away at City Museum at the 4th annual Out in the City youth prom.
